Limited Warranty and Limited Liability

Customer agrees to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt. Holistic Farmacy agrees that it will replace all defective products, when the defects are reported to it within fifteen calendar days of receipt of the product by customer. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limit to, implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. Holistic Farmacy’s liability under the foregoing warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods, or at the election of Holistic Farmacy. The replacement of the goods. Return of Non–Defective Goods

Except for the goods returned pursuant to the Limited Warranty in the above paragraph Limited Warranty and Limited Liability, no returns will be accepted without Holistic Farmacy’s prior authorization, and which returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days.

Shipping

• All orders will generally be shipped out the next business day.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: We work hard to provide you the best USPS Priority Mail rates (using flat rate boxes when best).
• International orders: Packages are sent by USPS Express mail at customer’s risk. Customer is responsible for all duties and customs clearance. Please contact our shipping department for more information.
